Hugo Zapata
Hugo and Luis came to the UK at Metal’s invitation to meet with leading artists, architects, politicians, town planners, property developers and regeneration experts, to exchange ideas, experiences and information across the two countries. Metal also asked Hugo and Luis to bring with them a younger artist who they thought would be a future cultural leader in their country to share their UK experience. They invited, Delcy Morelos who spent four months with Metal in both London and Cornwall creating a work looking at skin colour in an urban and rural community. | |
