Beth Bramich is a writer and researcher. She has contributed to Art Monthly, Afterall and Frieze, and has curated and contributed to programmes of film, performance and discussion for Whitechapel Gallery, Nottingham Contemporary, Turner Contemporary, Outpost, David Dale Gallery, The Showroom, Derby QUAD and Flat Time House.
Beth graduated in 2015 from the Critical Writing in Art & Design MA programme at the Royal College of Art. She is an Associate Lecturer on the MRes Art programme at Central Saint Martins, and Programme Coordinator for Afterall Research Centre, University of the Arts London.
In 2019 she will publish her first book, Guts Up Chuck. She received an A-N artist bursary to support the collaborative development of the publication with Design Print Bind studio at the London Centre for Book Arts.
In 2020 she will launch the exhibition Generational: Feminist Film After Film as Film at the Lethaby Gallery, Central Saint Martins. A curated exhibition of film, archival materials held in the British Artists’ Film and Video Study Collection and a series of public events inviting contributions from contemporary feminist collectives, the latter programmed with a student curatorial board.
