We encourage you to take a look at Consequences, a free downloadable pack presented by Metal Peterborough, and The Water Replies, a creative journalling project presented by Metal Southend and Cement Fields, the partners of Estuary 2020. These projects are designed for all ages to take part, welcoming people from all walks of life and creative experience levels.
At the very bottom of this list, you will also find resources, links and advice which can help in maintaining positive wellbeing during this time of uncertainty. Metal Southend and Southend Borough Council co-present The Netpark Wellbeing Project, which supports people with low levels of mental health throughout the year.
