In a French bordello, a young sailor meets a murderer who also is his supposed brother. Rainer Werner Fassbinder’s provocative final film is based on Jean Genet’s novel.
We will also be showing a short film before the feature: ‘Paradis’ by Neilson Black.
Film Station is a fortnightly programme of FREE film screenings at Metal, Edge Hill Station, with films being nominated by the audience. This is an informal event that gives an opportunity to watch and discuss good movies in a friendly atmosphere.
Screenings start at 6.30 pm, and will take place in the building on PLATFORM 3. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments.
Seats are free and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We are also looking for short films (max 20 mins) to show before features. Please submit DVD’s, short synopses or web-links to firstname.lastname@example.org or hand them in at a film screening.
