Sketchy Sisters is a social art group for womxn who value sisterhood, self-care and self expression through art.
Art is very healing and empowering, a wonderful tool for good mental health, reducing stress, connection and practicing mindfulness. We create guided art projects around the themes of self-care, self-love, empowerment, spirituality, sisterhood and connection. Previous exercises and projects have included making self care zines, illustrated vision boards, empowering watercolour planets, drawing crystal grids, lettering projects, self-celebration collages and much more!
We provide guides, demos and 1-2-1 help for each project.
Sketchy Sisters is for all womxn, at all creative levels, including complete beginners.
You will learn to use different art materials, techniques and processes all in a supportive non-judgemental space.
