Netpark Wellbeing Project – Project49

Working with Project 49 this group is for people living with learning disabilities. The weekly course incorporates art, craft and wellbeing techniques with walking in Chalkwell Park and using iPads to create digital and traditonal art. The course hopes to improve confidence using technology, gentle exercising in the park whilst meeting new people and helping raise self esteem. Netpark Wellbeing Project : Yoga, Mindfullness and Art

11-week yoga, mindfulness and art group for those who have experienced trauma.
