Netpark Wellbeing : Journaling & Art Wellbeing Class

Working with the Recovery College (REACH), this course is for people living with low level mental health conditions. The 10 week course incorporates journaling and wellbeing techniques with walking in Chalkwell Park. We also use i{ads to create digital and traditional art. Netpark Wellbeing Project – Creative Writing Workshops

A Creative Writing Workshop led by author Jane Barron de Burgh, focusing on short fiction including flash fiction and short stories. Netpark Wellbeing Project : Women Only – Yoga, Mindfullness and Art

A free 10 week course of yoga, mindfulness and art group for women who have experienced trauma. This gentle group will start weekly with 50 minutes of yoga with Keeley Beech.  Keeley has been working with mental health since 2013, visiting day centres and care homes and offering therapies to people living with dementia, adults and children with learning disabilities and people with additional needs. Netpark Wellbeing Project : Digital Art Wellbeing Course

10 week digital art class for adults living with low to medium mental health issues and concerns. The participants create their own 12 part story using photographs taken in the grounds of Chalkwell Park and then illustrated using the Apple app Procreate, on iPads provided by Metal during these sessions.
