Wednesday (pm) Stories of Strength Group – 1.30 – 3.30pm
This is a fun new 6-week workshop to support your mental health and wellbeing by developing both physical and mental strength as well as celebrating the strength you already have. A professional circus artist working alongside a mental health professional will facilitate this group. It will involve gentle physical exercises and creative writing and art- making. This is accessible to both those who are able-bodied and have restricted movement. This course is made possible by the Essex Community Fund. You can join this course at Metal Art School or via Zoom.
If you want to attend in person let me know us soon as you can as we have only 4 spaces in the art room due to COVID restrictions.
We have limited numbers of iPads we can also lend out to those who do not have the technology to access Zoom. We have 4 spaces for participants to come into the art room at Chalkwell Park and 4 spaces to join us via Zoom.
